brain) and general knowledge of Ayurveda, in addition to January's
program. |

a special one week camp for children to educate them in Vedic
traditions, i.e. early wake-up, respecting elders, learning Vedic
scriptures and the tradition of Sanatana Dharma, Gods and Godesses, teaching Hindi, yoga practice, agnihotra,
Sanskrit mantras, healthy eating and its
importance, music, singing, etc. |

on weight loss, arthritis, diabetes and blood pressure remedies. |

for digestive issues, depression, weight loss, migraine, in addition to regular program as in January. |

The mandir's menu is prepared
and served in the Ayurvedic tradition, with an emphasis on balancing the three
vital elements in the body, i.e. vata, pitta and kapha.
